Overview
Wealth Management (WM) helps individuals and certain institutions worldwide to protect and grow their wealth, offering traditional and alternative investments across all major asset classes. WM also provides customized wealth management solutions and private banking services to high-net-worth individuals and families. Deutsche Bank is investing heavily in technology, which means we are investing in you. As a Service Executive, you will provide day to day client servicing of both external and internal clients by researching account and transaction records to resolve basic discrepancies, and answer questions, process transactions for Clients or provide documentation on client activities. Additionally, you will assist Product Teams (e.g., Discretionary Portfolio Management - DPM) in managing and servicing their client's transaction and account opening needs, while adhering to all regulatory policies and operating procedures; responsible for ensuring proper documentation is on file for all wire requests and following High Risk Media (HRM) policy.

• Respond to client requests and inquiries in a timely and accurate manner
• Facilitate client directed transactions incl. wires, research requests and assist with account maintenance
• Prepare customized reports / summaries as needed
• Answer inbound client calls and perform account opening for clients
• Organize and maintain files, correspondence, and records in accordance with policy
• Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the Private Bank product offerings (e.g., DPM, Custody, Trust etc.) Skills You'll Need
• Organized and can demonstrate sound judgment; strong analytical tool kit with the ability to instill trust and deliver the desired results
• Relationship builder who develops trust and respect with internal and external stakeholders
• An active communicator who engages with internal and external people; highly collaborative, open, transparent, decisive, able to drive decisions forward
• Ability to multi-task in a high volume, deadline driven environment
• Series 7, 63 and prior experience in Wealth Management, both banking and brokerage preferred Skills That Will Help You Excel
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
• Self-motivated

It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Jacksonville, FL office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in Jacksonville is $45K to $90K. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of renumeration.
